What is my Red Sea?

Hebrews 11:29

"By faith the people passed through the Red Sea as on dry land; but when the Egyptians tried to do so, they were drowned."

Moses was leading the Israelites away from the Egyptians, and they arrived at the Red Sea. The Egyptians were getting closer, so what were the options. Listening to God and OBEYING whatever He said,was the only viable option.

While reading a few days ago about a dear friend of mine in Tonga, he mentioned that during the Christmas season they would miss their family back home. My heart sank. Every Christmas I look forward to hanging with family, eating all the goodies that's laid out at each location we stop by. I understood that this must be hard for them. I Wished them a happy Christmas and prepared to read the Christmas story in Luke to my family.

Ps. 126:5-6

"Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy, He who goes our weeping carrying seeds to sow, Will return with songs of joy carrying sheaves with him.”

If we are going to be obedient to the “Great Commission”, we need to “GO”.

It is not specific on where to go, because the Holy Spirit will direct each person individually. Our “going”, is into the workplace and schools, and neighbourhoods nearby, as well as into distant lands.
